Tositumomab side effect was reported by a Physician from on June 03, 2005. Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 178.1 lb, was diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma and was treated with Tositumomab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , hyperhidrosis, syncope, syncope vasovagal. Tositumomab dosage: 450MG SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with IODINE I, IODINE I. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, dizziness , dyspnoea, fatigue, myelodysplastic syndrome. Tositumomab dosage: 450MG SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with IODINE I, IODINE I, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, PENTOSTATIN, LASIX, ZOCOR, HYZAAR. Patient recovered.

Male patient, weighting 251.1 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Tositumomab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chills, dehydration, dizziness , electrocardiogram abnormal, human anti-mouse antibody positive, loss of consciousness, orthostatic hypertension, pharyngolaryngeal pain, pyrexia. Tositumomab dosage: 450 MG; 35 MG WITH IODINE I 131. During the same period patient was treated with IODINE I, IODINE I, SATURATED SOLUTION OF POTASSIUM IODINE, AMBIEN, CARDURA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
