Tositumomab side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Nov 10, 2005. Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 158.7 lb, was diagnosed with non-hodgkin's lymphoma and was treated with Tositumomab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, dysphagia, dyspnoea, ejection fraction decreased, pulmonary hypertension What is  pulmonary hypertension, ventricular dysfunction. Tositumomab dosage: 450MG SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with IODINE I, IODINE I. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
