Torvast side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from ITALY on Nov 28, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with dyslipidaemia, type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Torvast. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lactic acidosis, renal failure chronic, rhabdomyolysis. Torvast dosage: 20 MG, 1X/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, ALLOPURINOL, ASPIRIN, IRBESARTAN, ZITHROMAX, ROCEPHIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
