Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer recurrent and was treated with Topotecan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pneumonia . Topotecan dosage: 2.2MGM2 PER DAY. Patient died on 02/02/2004.
