Topotecan side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Dec 09, 2004. Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix, constipation  and was treated with Topotecan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, constipation , disease progression, dyspnoea, hypertension, leukopenia, neutropenic sepsis, respiratory arrest, sinus arrhythmia. Topotecan dosage: 1.4MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with FRAGMIN, LACTULOSE, DILAUDID, LOSEC, NORTRIPTYLINE, NORMAL SALINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/09/2004.
