Topotecan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Oct 22, 2007. Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with neoplasm and was treated with Topotecan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: epistaxis, haematuria, haemoglobin decreased, headache , neutrophil toxic granulation present, platelet count decreased, rhinitis, sinus congestion, sinus headache. Topotecan dosage: 1.2MGM2 CYCLIC. During the same period patient was treated with DIMETICONE, OMEPRAZOLE, GEMFIBROZIL, TELMISARTAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
