Topotecan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Jan 06, 2006. Female patient, 67 years of age, weighting 125.2 lb, was diagnosed with uterine cancer  and was treated with Topotecan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: disease progression, oedema peripheral, vascular neoplasm. Topotecan dosage: 5.4MG WEEKLY. During the same period patient was treated with TAXOTERE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
