Topotecan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 02, 2008. Female patient, 60 years of age, weighting 160.1 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer recurrent and was treated with Topotecan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, asthenia, cough, dizziness , dyspnoea, fatigue, pleural effusion, pneumonitis. Topotecan dosage: 4MGM2 CYCLIC. During the same period patient was treated with BEVACIZUMAB, LEVOFLOXACIN, FEXOFENADINE, LORAZEPAM, DEXAMETHASONE, PRILOSEC, SUDAFED, TYLENOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Topotecan dosage: 4MG SINGLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with LOVENOX, CODEINE SUL, OXYCODONE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 12/17/2004.
