Topotecan side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 23, 2008. Female patient, 65 years of age, weighting 181.2 lb, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer recurrent, hypertension, hypothyroidism and was treated with Topotecan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , coronary artery stenosis, haemorrhage, haemorrhagic anaemia, hyperhidrosis, procedural complication. Topotecan dosage: 4MGM2 CYCLIC. During the same period patient was treated with BEVACIZUMAB, NORVASC, ATENOLOL, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
