Topotecan side effect was reported by a Physician from on Feb 14, 2005. Female patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with ovarian cancer metastatic and was treated with Topotecan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, anaemia, anorexia, ascites, blood albumin decreased, blood calcium decreased, blood culture positive, blood glucose increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased. Topotecan dosage: 1.5MGM2 CYCLIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/15/2004.
