Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Topiramate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, mental status changes. Topiramate dosage: 25MG BID PO. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, ASPIRIN, CA ACETATE, PLAVIX, NIACIN, NITROGLYCERIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
