Topiramate side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Mar 14, 2005. Male patient, weighting 23.81 lb, was diagnosed with lennox-gastaut syndrome and was treated with Topiramate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, condition aggravated, convulsion, dehydration, nausea . Topiramate dosage: 75 MG PO BID. During the same period patient was treated with LAMICTAL, ZONEGRAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
