After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, completed suicide, electrocardiogram qt corrected interval prolonged, intentional misuse, respiratory failure. Topiramate dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, LORAZEPAM, QUETIAPINE FUMARATE, FLUOXETINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
