Topiramate side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on June 18, 2008. Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Topiramate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal dreams, amnesia, anorexia, apathy, asthenia, crying, depression , sleep disorder , weight decreased. Topiramate dosage: 100 MG BID PO. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, LORTAB, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, OMEPRAZOLE, TRIAMTERENE AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
