Tolterodine side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 11, 2006. Male patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with nocturia and was treated with Tolterodine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, vomiting. Tolterodine dosage: 4 MG (4 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TAMSULOSIN, EVIPROSTAT, IMIDAPRIL, AMLODIPINE, GLICLAZIDE, NIZATIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 76 years of age, weighting 135.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypertonic bladder and was treated with Tolterodine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, constipation , diarrhoea, sciatica . Tolterodine dosage: 4 MG (4 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL TARTRATE, SOTALOL, VALSARTAN, VITAMIN E, VITAMINS, FISH OIL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: breast cancer , diarrhoea, haematotoxicity, mucosal inflammation. Tolterodine dosage: 4 MG ( 2 MG, 2 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, FLUOROURACIL, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
