During the same period patient was treated with FUROSEMIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, AMLODIPINE BESYLATE, QUINAPRIL, PROPACET, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, TOCOPHERL, GABAPENTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
