Tolterodine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 08, 2005. Female patient, 33 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with urinary incontinence  and was treated with Tolterodine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, chromaturia, fatigue, hepatomegaly, jaundice , liver function test abnormal, oedema due to hepatic disease. Tolterodine dosage: 4 MG (1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FLAVOXATE HYDROCHLORIDE, FLAVOXATE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with bladder pain and was treated with Tolterodine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood glucose increased, constipation , hypotension, somnolence, speech disorder, vomiting. Tolterodine dosage: 4 MG (4 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with CHLORTHALIDONE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, asthenia, cardiac failure, coma, loss of consciousness, pain in extremity, viral infection , vomiting. Tolterodine dosage: 4 MG (4 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIINFLAMMATORY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/02/2006.
