Male patient, 27 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with incorrect dose administered and was treated with Tofranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, face oedema, intentional overdose, somnolence, suicide attempt, vomiting. Tofranil dosage: 400 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with DIAZEPAM. Patient recovered.
