Tofranil Side Effects Report #5058236-5
Tofranil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on July 05, 2006. Female patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with major depression and was treated with Tofranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, muscle rigidity, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, pyrexia. Tofranil dosage: 150 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERIDONE, OLANZAPINE, CHLORPROMAZINE, SULPIRIDE, AMOXAPINE, PAROXETINE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
