After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hallucination, insomnia, labile blood pressure, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, rhabdomyolysis. Tofranil dosage: unknown. Tofranil dosage: 150 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with RISPERIDONE, OLANZAPINE, CHLORPROMAZINE, SULPIRIDE, AMOXAPINE, PAROXETINE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
