Female patient, 38 years of age, weighting 136.7 lb, was diagnosed with headache , irritability, nervousness and was treated with Tofranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotonia, insomnia, irritability, nervousness, vulvovaginal dryness. Tofranil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENOBARBITAL. Patient recovered.
