Female patient, 40 years of age, weighting 141.1 lb, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Tofranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , gastric ulcer, gastritis, gastrointestinal disorder, headache , malaise, somnolence, stomach discomfort, surgery . Tofranil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FELDENE, RIVOTRIL, INIBEX S, PAROXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE, SEROQUEL, VENLAFAXINE, CYMBALTA, CONCERTA. Patient recovered.
