Tofranil side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Nov 15, 2007. Female patient, 58 years of age, weighting 108.0 lb, was diagnosed with depression , anxiety  and was treated with Tofranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , brain natriuretic peptide increased, depressed level of consciousness, dyspnoea, hyperglycaemia, insomnia, loss of consciousness, malaise, mental disorder. Tofranil dosage: 20 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXAPINE, SEPAZON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
