Tofranil Side Effects Report #4729336-1
Tofranil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on July 13, 2005. Female patient, 17 years of age, was diagnosed with panic disorder  and was treated with Tofranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardioversion, coma, pulse absent, shock, therapeutic agent toxicity, ventricular tachycardia. Tofranil dosage: 2100 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with BENZALIN, PAXIL, CONTOMIN, MEILAX, VITAMIN A, DEPAS, ROHYPNOL. Patient recovered.

Tofranil dosage: 2100 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with NITRAZEPAM, PAXIL, CONTOMIN, MEILAX, VITAMIN A, DEPAS, ROHYPNOL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, coma. Tofranil dosage: unknown. Patient died.

Tofranil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HALCION, SEPAZON, LEXOTAN, ROHYPNOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
