After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest , clonic convulsion, electrocardiogram abnormal, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, electromechanical dissociation, heart rate decreased, intentional overdose. Tofranil dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
