Tofranil Side Effects Report #5868679-5
Tofranil side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Aug 26, 2008. Male patient was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Tofranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, blood pressure decreased, blood pressure increased, convulsion, diarrhoea, electrocardiogram qrs complex prolonged, glasgow coma scale abnormal, haemodialysis, heart rate increased. Tofranil dosage: 2100 MG, ONCE/SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM CARBONATE, AMOXAPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
