Male patient, 14 years of age, was diagnosed with nervousness, agitation, sleep disorder , limb injury and was treated with Tofranil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, crying, decreased activity, depression , hallucination, suicidal ideation. Tofranil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NEOZINE, AZITHROMYCIN, PIROXICAM, POTASSIUM PERMANGANATE, PIRACETAM, CINNARIZINE. Patient recovered.

Tofranil dosage: 75 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TETRAMIDE, TRYPTANOL, DEPAS, CONSTAN, DOGMATYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
