Male patient, 54 years of age, weighting 215.0 lb, was diagnosed with sinusitis What is  sinusitis and was treated with Tobramycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: audiogram abnormal, condition aggravated, fear, hypoacusis, tinnitus What is  tinnitus. Tobramycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CELEBREX, PROZAC, LIPITOR, PROTONIX, ASPIRIN, FLONASE, LYRICA, AMBIEN. Patient recovered.
