Female patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with septic arthritis staphylococcal and was treated with Tobramycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: azotaemia, blood creatinine increased, dysgeusia, haemodialysis, muscle spasms, nausea , nephropathy toxic, oedema peripheral, renal injury. Tobramycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, LISINOPRIL, INSULIN, OMEPRAZOLE, SYNTHROID, METOPROLOL TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ACYCLOVIR, HEPARIN, METRONIDAZOLE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, LINEZOLID, LACTULOSE, RANITIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
