During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, LISINOPRIL, INSULIN, OMEPRAZOLE, SYNTHROID, METOPROLOL TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized.
