and was treated with Tobramycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, arthritis infective, cellulitis
, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, incision site erythema, influenza like illness, renal failure acute, septic shock. Tobramycin dosage: unknown. , renal failure acute, surgical procedure repeated. Tobramycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRAVOPROST EYE DROPS, TAMSULOSIN, WARFARIN, FUROSEMIDE, VERAPAMIL, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL IN WATER. Patient recovered.
