Tnkase side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 23, 2009. Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 182.3 lb, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Tnkase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypertension, intracranial haematoma, unresponsive to stimuli. Tnkase dosage: 45 MG ONCE IV. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 188.0 lb, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Tnkase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: reperfusion arrhythmia, unresponsive to stimuli, ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia. Tnkase dosage: 45MG ONCE IV BOLUS. Patient died on 03/19/2008.
