Tnkase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Feb 07, 2005. Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Tnkase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, cerebral haematoma, cerebral haemorrhage, coma, headache , nausea , pupil fixed. Tnkase dosage: 45MG IV X 1. During the same period patient was treated with NITROGLYCERIN, INTEGRILIN, PLAVIX, METOPROLOL, HEPARIN. Patient died on 01/25/2005.

Tnkase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 07, 2008. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 172.0 lb, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Tnkase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, brain herniation, cerebral haemorrhage, coronary artery disease , lethargy, nausea , procedural complication, pupil fixed, unresponsive to stimuli. Tnkase dosage: 40 MG BOLUS IV BOLUS. Patient died on 05/24/2008.
