After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiogenic shock, cytolytic hepatitis, gastric haemorrhage, multi-organ failure, pneumonia , renal failure acute. Tnkase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENOXAPARIN, ABCIXIMAB. Patient recovered.
