Tnkase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Feb 07, 2005. Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 187.4 lb, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Tnkase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, cerebral haematoma, cerebral haemorrhage, coma, headache What is  headache, nausea What is  nausea, pupil fixed. Tnkase dosage: 45MG IV X 1. During the same period patient was treated with NITROGLYCERIN, INTEGRILIN, PLAVIX, METOPROLOL, HEPARIN. Patient died on 01/25/2005.

Tnkase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on June 22, 2007. Male patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Tnkase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioedema, cardio-respiratory arrest, convulsion, pulse absent, respiratory distress, ventricular fibrillation. Tnkase dosage: 45MG ONE TIME IV BOLUS. Patient died on 06/18/2007.
