Female patient, 54 years of age, weighting 132.3 lb, was diagnosed with hemiparesis and was treated with Tizanidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, muscle spasms, muscular weakness, myalgia. Tizanidine dosage: 8 MG QDAY; PO. During the same period patient was treated with CARDIOPIRIN, CAVINTON, ENALAPRIL MALEATE. Patient recovered.

Tizanidine dosage: A SINGLE 4 MG TABLET AT NIGHT BUCCAL. During the same period patient was treated with VOLTAREN. Patient recovered.
