Tizanidine Side Effects Report #4568451-2
Tizanidine side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 13, 2005. Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertonia, blood pressure , cerebrovascular accident and was treated with Tizanidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, cerebral ventricle dilatation, cerebrovascular accident, coma, decerebration, hypertension, hypotension, jaw disorder. Tizanidine dosage: 2 MG ONCE PO. During the same period patient was treated with LISINOPRIL, LABETALOL, AMLODIPINE, NIMODIPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Tizanidine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/01/2003.
