Tirofiban side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from ITALY on Feb 28, 2008. Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome and was treated with Tirofiban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemolysis, liver function test abnormal, thrombocytopenia. Tirofiban dosage: (248 ML QD INTRAVENOUS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED)). During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, HEPARIN, NITROGLYCERIN, OMEGA, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
