Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome and was treated with Tirofiban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemolysis, liver function test abnormal, thrombocytopenia. Tirofiban dosage: (248 ML QD INTRAVENOUS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED)). During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, HEPARIN, NITROGLYCERIN, OMEGA, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
