Male patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis , psoriatic arthropathy and was treated with Tiotropium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, hepatic failure, respiratory failure. Tiotropium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, DEFLAZACORT, ALBUTEROL SPIROS, AZATHIOPRINE, METHOTREXATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
