Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Tiotropium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hyperkalaemia, hypertension, hypovolaemia, oedema peripheral, paralysis , pyrexia, renal failure acute. Tiotropium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FRUMIL, PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, VOLTAREN, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
