Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Tiotropium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arrhythmia , haematuria, hemiplegia, ischaemic stroke, pyelonephritis acute. Tiotropium dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
