Tilcotil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Jan 08, 2008. Male patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with arthralgia and was treated with Tilcotil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia, antibody test positive, cytolytic hepatitis, haemoglobin decreased, leukopenia, lupus-like syndrome, lymphopenia. Tilcotil dosage: 20 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with VOLTAREN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
