Tigecycline Side Effects Report #5726358-9
Tigecycline side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Apr 23, 2008. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with osteomyelitis, mycobacterium chelonei infection and was treated with Tigecycline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , hypovolaemic shock, multi-organ failure, pancreatitis haemorrhagic, pancreatitis necrotising, renal failure acute. Tigecycline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CRESTOR, LORTAB, SINGULAIR, HALCION, BIAXIN, AMIKACIN. Patient died on 07/04/2007.
