Female patient, 37 years of age, weighting 130.1 lb, was diagnosed with wound infection and was treated with Tigecycline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose increased, hypoglycaemia, mental status changes. Tigecycline dosage: 50 MG IV Q12H. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with COMBIVENT, COLCHICINE, DARBEPOETIN, ENOXAPARIN, FERROUS SULPHATE, GLYBURIDE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, NPH INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
