Male patient, weighting 271.1 lb, was diagnosed with abdominal abscess, pulmonary embolism , candidiasis and was treated with Tigecycline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatitis cholestatic, pulmonary embolism . Tigecycline dosage: 100 MG LOADING DOSE, THEN 50 MG EVERY 12 HOURS. During the same period patient was treated with LOVENOX, MYCELEX, COUMADIN. Patient recovered.
