Ticlopidine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on July 05, 2007. Male patient, 77 years of age, was diagnosed with coronary arterial stent insertion and was treated with Ticlopidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: liver disorder, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Ticlopidine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAL, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, ASPIRIN, MICARDIS, ALLOPURINOL, ANPLAG, LASIX, DOXAZOSIN MESYLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood alkaline phosphatase increased, cholestasis, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatocellular damage, hyperbilirubinaemia, toxic epidermal necrolysis, transaminases increased. Ticlopidine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, ASPIRIN, MICARDIS, ALLOPURINOL, ANPLAG, LASIX, DOXAZOSIN MESYLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/27/2007.
