Ticlopidine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from POLAND on Sept 17, 2008. Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Ticlopidine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, essential thrombocythaemia, myocardial infarction. Ticlopidine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACENOCOUMAROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
