After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, hepatic lesion, nasopharyngitis, nausea , pneumonia . Tiazac dosage: 180 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRONOLACTONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
