Female patient, 62 years of age, weighting 248.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was treated with Thyroid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angina pectoris, coronary artery disease What is  coronary artery disease, dyspnoea, electrocardiogram st segment abnormal, hyperthyroidism, palpitations. Thyroid dosage: 90 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with AMBIEN CR, KLONOPIN, CARDIZEM CD, NEXIUM, SINGULAIR, SEROQUEL, ALBUTEROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Thyroid dosage: 120MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
