After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myalgia, weight increased. Thyroid dosage: 60 MG TID PO. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with FOLIC ACID, VITAMIN AND MINERAL PRENATAL SUPPLEMENT W, VITAMIN B, ZITHROMAX, CLINDAMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
