After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiomegaly, chest pain , eye pain, headache , influenza like illness, muscular weakness, neck pain, pain in extremity, palpitations. Thyroid dosage: 15 MG QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, VITAMIN B CAP, MAGNESIUM. Patient recovered.
